Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were great, with a sleek design and plenty of space, offering a beautiful view of the Ponte Vecchio. However, the single bed was a bit small, and I would have preferred a larger option for more comfort. The service was absolutely fantastic, with attentive staff who took excellent care of our needs. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the Ponte Vecchio and within walking distance of all the attractions in Florence. The dining experience was delightful, with a great selection of food and a favorite time of the day for me. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
For me, the hotel was a bit disappointing. The rooms were just a bed, very small, and poorly laid out; I wish I had upgraded to a double room with single occupancy. The staff seemed genuinely friendly and helpful, with various services available. The location was superb, right by the Ponte Vecchio, but dining was overpriced and I would recommend eating elsewhere. Overall, it was a mix of positives and negatives.
The hotel had a worn and tired appearance in the rooms with cracks in the shower and basin ceramics, but the view was spectacular and immediately calming in bustling Florence. Being located next to the bar made us feel exposed if the window was carelessly opened, and the darkening blinds were a letdown.
I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were stylish and spacious, with a cute little balcony and a unique staircase leading to the bathroom. The location is perfect, right by the Ponte Vecchio and close to all the main attractions, but still quiet. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. However, the dining options were a bit overpriced and not worth the expense.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms, although a bit cramped with the big four-poster bed, were undoubtedly some of the nicest I've ever experienced. The hotel lacks elevator access, but the room with a king-sized four-poster bed wrapped in gauzy white curtains was just beautiful.
The hotel's location is amazing, right by the Arno River with stunning views. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, with luxurious amenities. The service was always welcoming and super helpful, offering various conveniences like room service and tours. The dining experience was nice, especially with access to sister hotels' breakfast facilities. However, the rooms' proximity to the bar was not ideal in terms of privacy, and the dining options could have been cooler.
My stay at this hotel was simply fantastic! The room leading up to the bathroom was beyond clean and comfortable, and even though it's a bit pricey at over $400/night, it's worth every penny for the top-notch accommodations in Florence. The room was not very large but beautifully decorated.
